Mango, Banana and Tofu Smoothie

This is a variation on the protein shake. Tofu provides the protein, fruit and fruit juice together make a very refreshing drink. Totally satisfying even without milk. Again mix it in 2 batches.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 fresh mangoes or 8 frozen mango cheeks
  • 4 bananas, chopped
  • 4 cups orange juice
  • 600g silken tofu

Method

  1. Put all ingredients in a blender, whiz until smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 large glasses (600ml capacity approx.).
