Buteyko Breathing exercises are designed to be inclusive for everyone. Once you’ve familiarised yourself with the exercises, you can fully immerse yourself in the practice any time.
The BreatheWell Course uses the Buteyko Breathing Method — a science-backed practice that helps resolve issues like snoring, anxiety, and sleep apnea.
While similar in calming effects to yoga breathing and meditation, it works more therapeutically to retrain your nervous system and breathing reflexes.
Each course is held over two weeks, with a two hour session per session (a total of four hours):
