No prior experience is required—just bring your nose!

Buteyko Breathing exercises are designed to be inclusive for everyone. Once you’ve familiarised yourself with the exercises, you can fully immerse yourself in the practice any time.

What’s in store for me during a BreatheWell Course?
The course teaches all the breathing exercises and delves into the fascinating science of how the technique works in the body and brain, recalibrating the breathing centres via neuroplasticity to improve many aspects of our health.
How different is Buteyko Breathing to yoga breathing or meditation?

The BreatheWell Course uses the Buteyko Breathing Method — a science-backed practice that helps resolve issues like snoring, anxiety, and sleep apnea.

While similar in calming effects to yoga breathing and meditation, it works more therapeutically to retrain your nervous system and breathing reflexes.

What is wrong with mouth breathing?
Mouth breathing bypasses your immune filters, dries out your mouth, increases your risk of dental issues, and reduces oxygen efficiency. Nasal breathing filters air, improves nitric oxide production, and supports immunity and mental clarity.
