This is for those who don’t really like breakfast. Also for those lovers of fruit.
Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 4 bananas, sliced
- 4 Kiwi fruit, sliced
- 2 cups blueberries
- 2 oranges, diced
- 2 pears, diced
- pulp of 4 passionfruit
- 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped
To serve
- 2 cups natural yoghurt
- 1 tablespoon honey
- 2 tablespoons ground LSA
Method
- Combine all the fruit and mint leaves in a bowl.
- Divide the fruit salad into 4 bowls.
- Mix yoghurt with honey, spoon over the fruit salad. Sprinkle each bowl with ground LSA.
