Fruit Salad with Fresh Mint and Yoghurt

This is for those who don’t really like breakfast. Also for those lovers of fruit.

 

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 bananas, sliced
  • 4 Kiwi fruit, sliced
  • 2 cups blueberries
  • 2 oranges, diced
  • 2 pears, diced
  • pulp of 4 passionfruit
  • 1/2 cup mint leaves, chopped

To serve

  • 2 cups natural yoghurt
  • 1 tablespoon honey
  • 2 tablespoons ground LSA

Method

  1. Combine all the fruit and mint leaves in a bowl.
  2. Divide the fruit salad into 4 bowls.
  3. Mix yoghurt with honey, spoon over the fruit salad. Sprinkle each bowl with ground LSA.
