Avocados taste good… and they are so good for you! Perfect. This is an easy Summer time recipe for a quick snack or accompaniment to main meal.
- 1 avocado, flesh removed
- juice ½ lemon
- 2 cloves garlic, crushed
- cracked black pepper
- pinch sea salt
- mash all ingredients together with fork
- eat on toast with sliced tomato or as an accompaniment to grilled fish, chicken or lamb
