Avocados taste good… and they are so good for you! Perfect. This is an easy Summer time recipe for a quick snack or accompaniment to main meal.


  • 1 avocado, flesh removed
  • juice ½ lemon
  • 2 cloves garlic, crushed
  • cracked black pepper
  • pinch sea salt


  1. mash all ingredients together with fork
  2. eat on toast with sliced tomato or as an accompaniment to grilled fish, chicken or lamb

Yum! And so easy!
