Ingredients
- 1 tablespoon peanut butter or almond butter
- 1 raw organic egg
- 1/2 cup fresh or frozen berries (strawberries, blueberries or raspberries)
- 3 tablespoons unsweetened yoghurt
- 1/2 cup water or juice (orange, apple or coconut)
- 2 tablespoons chia seeds

Throw it all in a blender and whizz away. That’s it!
