Add a dessertspoon to your cereal, smoothie or yoghurt.

Mix Together

  • 1 cup ground LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds) available from supermarkets
  • 1 cup slippery elm powder
  • 1 cup rice bran
  • 1 cup desiccated coconut
  • 1/2 cup psyllium husks
  • 1 tsp ground ginger
  • 1 tsp ground cinnamon
  • 1 tsp acidophilus powder

Keep in a sealed container in the fridge.
