Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 2 cups natural yoghurt
 - 2 cups chilled water
 - 2 teaspoons dried, crushed mint leaves
 - pinch of salt
 
Method
- Place yoghurt and water in a blender, blend until mixture turns smooth and frothy.
 - Add crushed mint leaves and salt to taste.
 - Place ice cubes into 4 glasses, top with Ayran.
