Add a dessertspoon to your cereal, smoothie or yoghurt.
Mix Together
- 1 cup ground LSA (linseeds, sunflower seeds, almonds) available from supermarkets
- 1 cup slippery elm powder
- 1 cup rice bran
- 1 cup desiccated coconut
- 1/2 cup psyllium husks
- 1 tsp ground ginger
- 1 tsp ground cinnamon
- 1 tsp acidophilus powder
Keep in a sealed container in the fridge.
