Protein Shake

This protein shake is fast, delicious and covers just about all major food groups.

Ingredients (Serves 4)

  • 4 cups milk
  • 8 tablespoons protein powder
  • 2 tablespoons ground LSA
  • 4 bananas chopped
  • 2 cups berries of your choice (frozen berries are OK)

Method

  1. Put all ingredients into a blender and whiz until the mixture is smooth.
  2. Pour into 4 large glasses (600ml capacity approx.)
