Breathe Well Online
The Online Breathe Well Course is available four times a year and taught over Zoom. The Course is broken down into three parts where you'll learn how to breathe better, restoring body and mind to peak health and performance. You will be guided by Mim Beim in a gentle and safe environment. Permanently reversing symptoms caused by dysfunctional breathing including asthma, snoring, sleep apnoea, reflux, fatigue, anxiety and improving fitness and stamina.

The Course is broken down into three parts delivered over Zoom.
Session One
Breathing Basics
The breathing BASICS workshop is a breathing masterclass (held over 2 weeks) that will restore your body and mind to peak health and performance. Two sessions of 2 hours each. Learn how to recalibrate and re-establish functional breathing patterns and break old habits. Discover the principles and physiology of breathing and equip yourself with the knowledge to take control of your breathing health.
Session Two
Breathing Solutions
The 2hr workshop is a deep dive into advanced breathing exercises. Here you will further refine your breathing to support your particular requirements for peak physical and mental health. Mim will integrate naturopathic principles in addition to the breathing techniques providing a holistic health approach. Learn how to recalibrate and re-establish functional breathing patterns and break old habits.
Session Three
Breathing Reset
A few weeks after completing the BASICS and the SOLUTIONS workshops you will have noticed significant changes to your breathing pattern and many other benefits This 1.5hour RESET workshop will reset and focus your breathing to help you adjust to your new and improved breathing pattern and fitness levels. You will be able to streamline and finetune your breathing and have a chance to ask Mim any questions you may have
