Breathe Well Course
The Breathe Well course is breathing ‘boot camp’ with homework and daily practice to improve breathing patterns. Over several weeks, the breathing centre in the brain will, via neuroplasty, recalibrate to restore healthy breathing. Knowing how to breathe well means that you will be able to tackle health conditions such as anxiety, asthma, snoring, reflux, poor sleep and boost your energy and fitness levels, it will also improve your concentration and focus.
