Breathe Well Course
The Breathe Well course is like a breathing ‘boot camp’ with homework and daily practice to improve breathing patterns. The breathing centre in the brain will, via neuroplasty. Knowing how to breathe well means that you will be able to tackle health conditions such as anxiety, asthma, snoring, reflux, poor sleep and boost your energy and fitness levels, it will also improve your concentration and focus.
