Ingredients (Serves 4)
- 375g jar pitted Kalamata olives, drained
- 1 tablespoon thyme, oregano or rosemary, chopped
- 1 garlic clove, crushed
- juice of 1 lemon
- 1/2 fresh chilli, seeds removed and chopped (optional)pepper
- Put all ingredients in food processor and blend for about 30 seconds.
- Store in fridge in an airtight container.
