Breathe Better

Breathe Better is course run over 3 sessions. It is available across four terms of the year.

After completing BASICS, choose an advanced SOLUTIONS and RESET specialty.

Session 1
breathing BASICS

The 4-hour breathing BASICS workshop is a breathing masterclass that will restore your body and mind to peak health and performance.

Learn how to recalibrate and re-establish functional breathing patterns and break old habits. You will be guided by Mim Beim in a gentle and safe environment. Discover the principles and physiology of breathing and equip yourself with the knowledge to take control of your breathing health.

Session 2
breathing SOLUTIONS

breathing SOLUTIONS workshops are held a week or so after breathing BASICS, building on what you have already begun to integrate into your daily life.

Each breathing SOLUTIONS workshop is 1.5 hours (1 hour online). This is a deep dive into breathing exercises specifically tailored to your needs. Mim will also integrate naturopathic principles in addition to the breathing techniques providing a wholistic health approach.

There are 5 solutions workshop options – If you are unsure as to which breathing SOLUTIONS workshop is right for you, select the Unsure booking option and during Session 1 Mim will assess your requirements to recommend the best fit for you.

Session 3
breathing RESET

This online only breathing RESET workshop will help you reset and focus your breathing to help you adjust to your new and improved breathing pattern.

A few weeks after completing the BASICS and the SOLUTIONS course you will have noticed significant changes to your breathing pattern and many other benefits. You will be able to streamline your breathing and have a chance to ask Mim any questions you may have.

SOLUTIONS

This solutions workshop is good for anxiety, panic attacks, constant worrying, dry mouth, restless sleep, trembling, excessive sweating.

This solutions workshop is good for snoring, sleep apnoea, restless legs syndrome, frequent night-time urination, morning headaches, restless sleep, poor concentration, irritability and that fuzzy feeling you get when you know you haven’t slept well.

This solutions workshop is good for asthma, sinusitis, frequent coughs and colds, Chronic Obstructive Pulmonary Disease (COPD) including breathlessness, wheezing, post-nasal drip, blocked nose.

For children 7-13 years. This workshop is good for children who suffer from snoring, sleep apnoea, enlarged tonsils and adenoids, glue ear, poor concentration, anxiety, bedwetting, asthma, sinusitis, frequent coughs and colds, dental malocclusion.

A parent/guardian is required to attend the breathing BASICS session in advance of bringing the child to breathing SOLUTIONS and breathing RESET courses.

In person

This workshop is suitable for people of all fitness levels (over 14 years), it suits activities such as cycling, running, swimming, kayaking, bushwalking, weight training, boxing.
